How do I get rid of canker sores and cold sores inside my mouth?

I have a huge white canker sore on the inside of my bottom lip, and I feel like I also have something on the wall thats right behind my back teeth. Also, you know those little dots on the inside of your lips that are right on both edges? Mine have become really painful so it hurts to smile and one has been bleeding. I've been putting baby teething gel on but it literally only works for a few minutes and when it does it makes my whole tongue numb. Does anyone know how to make these sores go away or at least relive the pain? I've been like this for about three days. Thank you.

Gargle with salt water. It'll hurt really bad when you first do it, but salt has a higher temperature, so it'll cauterize the wounds shut and provide some relief and clean them.

Eat yogurt, & also get some Lysine tablets.
Salt water ... rinse w/ salt water... it will hurt for a second, but it will draw the infection out of the sores and cut the healing time in half!
So sorry, these sores must me very painful!
