Does anyone else feel miserable and depressed when they have a cold?



is it normal to feel really miserable when you have a cold?

Obviously you are out of school and feeling like garbage because of the cold.

Yes everyone feels miserable and rotten when they are sick.

Take a couple of aspirin every four hours to kill the aches and pains. Eat Hot chicken noodle soup the broth helps a lot. Hot tea will help also, no dairy, like milk, yogurt, cheese. The thicken the mucus in your nose and throat and the cold will last longer. Use a menthol rub product on your chest and throat at night while you sleep.It will break up the congestion and make you feel much better.

Then in the morning stand in a hot shower, breath in the steam and scrubbing stimulates your body to work better. I
