I was getting hot and cold flashes last night....menopause ? or maybe it was the claritin d that i took?

I know Sigulair had me feeling like that. I stopped taking it.
maybe you need to see a doctor about that it may be something else
you don't mention your age so it would be difficult to say if menopause is the issue.....
Claritin is not known for such side effects.
