How to get rid of common cold? |
i'm always getting cold !maybe twice a week ! i have been getting like this for last 2 years! even in summer too ! First, I鈥檓 going to tell you to see a doctor if you want to get rid of a cold. I know, I know: the doctor can鈥檛 do anything for you鈥攚e鈥檝e been over this. But, common cold symptoms aren鈥檛 very different from common flu symptoms. So, it might be important to know whether or not you have the flu, considering that almost 20,000 Americans die of the flu every year There are a whole ton of cold medicines on the market today. Go to any Target or Walmart and you鈥檒l see entire shelves dedicated to cold medicines during the cold and flu season. But which cold medicine should you choose? Well, there are some things you should know about cold medicine to begin with. Most medicines contain antihistamines, which make you drowsy, but to counteract the drowsiness they also contain decongestants which tend to speed your heart rate and cause insomnia. Medications like Dayquil and Nyquil, which I recommend, are a good idea because the Dayquil contains more decongestants, which keep you up during the day, and Nyquil contains the antihistamines which put you to sleep. Also get plenty of rest and have healthy good meals. Hope you get better and have a gr8t day! Hope i helped! ^_^ Source(s): Me.=] Might be worth a trip to see your doctor, he may do some blood tests to find the cause. Take some medicine maybe you can wash your hands more. or stop sharing drinks with people.... its also possible that you may havd an infection and you should go to the doctor so they can prescribe you something to get ride of that infection. Sex causes desease . . .no sex, no disease. take zinc supplements. it will help you fight off colds. You can also take vitamin C it will help fight against colds. your immune system sounds weak. so try some over the counter supplements. |
