Always Cold?


I am always cold and was wondering if anyone else has this problem. I am in my mid 30s and summer or winter I am cold. What can this be??

Hypothyroidism. Get your free T3 and a free T4 levels checked.
anemia
poor blood circulation
It could be poor circulation or you could just be cold natured. It could be worse if you are a smoker.
due tot he fact that you arae always cold you may wish to check with your physician about the possiblitiy of anemia (low red blood cells and/or iron).
