Cold hands in 25 30 degrees heat whats wrong with me? |
I am living in Taiwan, and recently I have been exercising in the heat and got heat exhaustion, ever since then I have had cold hands and feet in an aircondition room and suffer from light headness time to time.also dizzy and feeling faint its actually scary can anyone out there give me advice 1. Poor circulation. Blood is not moving around smoothly, so not reaching the head, which will cause dizziness. 2. Air conditioned rooms are unnatural (comfortable on a hot day, but unnatural for the human body.) Your body adapts to the natural heat outside and then has to do an somersault and adapt to the cool inner temperature. I live in a country where air-cons are rife. All my friends who have children, their kids, especially babies have a constant cold and develop skin rash. First thing doctors tell them is, turn off your air con 3. One way to over come the cold hands/feet is to do a shoulder stand. Lie down on the floor. Raise your legs and try to straighten them upwards. Your head and shoulders are on the floor. This will send the blood to the brain and warm up your cold parts. in much is a case of vodka crusiers? Sounds like poor blood circulation. See a doctor. There's many reasons why this could be, not the least having a blockage to the heart. Or it could be blood pressure. Get checked. low iron? get your iron levels checked The only advice I can give you is see a doctor as soon as you can. I don't know what they call this condtion but it sounds serious. Cold feet and hands is a sign of poor circulation. You need to get your heart checked out. I had the same thing. Eat more carbs and sugars. And stop exercising for like 10 minutes when you feel tired and dizzy. If that didn't work, you should see a doctor. |
