Cold hands / feet / and backside?


Does anybody else have constant cold hands / feet and backside during winter? Is it a circulation problem? I wear appropriate warm clothing. I am slim build but not thin?

It's definitely a circulation problem. Try taking something to boost your circulation.

Have a complete check up. It can be a Thyroid problem.
I always have cold hands and cold feet whether it be summer, winter, autumn or spring. I also have really low blood pressure, how is yours?

Get your blood pressure checked before worrying if it is a circulation problem
