Has anyone else in the UK had a really bad cold / chest infection for the last few weeks? |
Or is it just me? I swear its because of the damp weather. I've been ill for nearly 5 weeks with no sign of it ending, have been to the doctor twice, as much use as a chocolate fireguard! Please reassure me that I am not the only one! not just you i seem to have this just about shift it and it hits me again full on really getting me down now yes had it two weeks ago, felt ill, had bad chest ages too, i have! i've had a cold and cough but over the worst. just keep sniffing and phleming and wiping my snodge all day. not a great look as i work in a cafe. myself and my husband... you are not alone!!!! I have a sore throat, cough and a blocked nose! Started two days ago and still there! I hope it clears up soon! Have you tried Hot Lemon Cold Relief Powder, it contains Vitamin C and it really helps. And if you have a sore throat take Strepsils! Make sure you don't take antibiotics too often because the bacteria will get used to your antibiotics and won't help!
