Why do my teeth feel "on edge" when I have a cold?

It is to do with the nerves in the teeth being sensitised by an imbalance in your metabalisim due to the stress put upon them. The muccous membranes are pulling in all directions due to the cold so you get this unwanted symtom that should stop when the cold is gone.

because your sinuses are draining and the fluid is the thing that makes your jaw hurt as well.
