How can i get rid of a horrible sunburn???? Is a cold shower ok???

I'm like bright red on the backs of my legs and the top part of my arms are bright red!!!!!!!!!!!
Also,my legs feel blistered!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry your in discomfort but I offer this advice. As long as you don't have serious blisters on your legs, take ibuprophen as that WILL take the sting from the inflamation out of your skin. Next take a soft cloth or cotton balls and apply white vinegar to your sunburne areas...you'll smell the vinegar but the smell will evaporate and not linger. The vinegar takes the burn out right away. You'll need to apply this often every few mins. or so. Showering or bathing is fine as long as you don't use to warm of water as it can be more drying and tighten your skin even more causing more pain. Apply a creamy moisturizer and wear loose fitting clothes. Also, using an after sun aloe vera gel works good too! Best wishes.
don't use water cold or hot, but use a gel of oil or butter
go to drugstore. buy blue stuff called burn relief ice....it has aloe and stuff to immedialtly relieve pain.....good luck ....
central florida here.....sunburn often....
Yeah, get some aloe vera gel...it works wonders!
aparently you don't know how a sunburn feels like, get some lotion and leave it alone.
