Can u lose weight in the colder seasons than the hotter seasons? |
Can u lose weight in the colder seasons than the hotter seasons? the military did a study where they had people walk 1 mile a day in the arctic, and then fed them 3000- 6000 calories a day. and all teh peopel managed to lose a tonne of weight. Anyway, in cold weather you'll burn more calories because it takes more to maintain body functions and temprature. However, who goes outside in winter? people stay inside with their perfect climate controll, in eyesight of teh fridge. Therefore people tend to gain during winter. In summer people tend to lose weight because they are more active, eat more vegetables and fruits, and warm weather makes you feel less hungry. No your body will not perspire as much in the cold weather as in the hot weather unless you run or jog. Something to keep the body going so you can perspire. Diet & Fitness there is no difference if the weather is cold or hot for losing weight. the only difference - in hot weather you dehydrate faster because you sweat more (sweat is not fat you lose) so you have to make sure you drink enough water yes.....because in cold weather your body will use lots of energy so you don`t freeze so the extra energy you will have it maybe used if you don`t do many activities' generally in colder seasons........ you can loose weight in either, it all depends what you do and how you do it..but most people use the winter time to bulk up and then cut up before the summer |
