At night, hot then cold, I sweat, can't get comfortable?

I'm not sick but the last three nights I have been getting hot then cold flashes. I sweat but i'm freezing. I'm restless, like I can't stay still, I have to move.
Even when I finally fall asleep it's only for a short time before I wake up and feel like I just HAVE to move. I know i get this way when I take cold medicine or even sleeping pills but I haven't been taking anything!

For anyone to make any sort of sense out of your condition they need more information. Sex, age, physical condition, medications, something on stress levels and a host of other things.

It could be Menopause.
It could be someone slipping you uppers.

With the information provided guesses will be all over the map. If it continues I would consider talking to my doctor about it.
Maybe hormonal. Or you maybe getting a virus.
get a bigger blanket then crank up the cold air it always makes me comfortable
If you are an older female I'd say it sounds like hot flashes. but if your not then I'd call a Dr. because it sounds like you have some sort of infection going through your system. Some times when people have fevers they describe symptoms like you, but their skin doesn't feel warm. Did you maybe get some sort of bug bite that you are not aware of?
