Why do i constantly feel cold?


Last night, I had a real hard football training. After it when I got home, when ever I took a breath it was like ice was going down my lungs. Today I just feel like i'm standing in a meat feezer. I got jackets and everything on but I only feel it on my chest.
Why is this and is there a cure?

Yes there's a variety of reasons that it could be , but you really need to discuss them with your doctor if it's that much of a concern. We don't know if you smoke or drink or if you are having sex or if the temperature there is humid or dry.etc. etc. So for the correct evaluationa dn not just a bunch of garbles by unprofessional medics and RN's or even EMT's make that appointment today ASAP. It sounds like pneumonia or really severe bronchitus. You need to see the doctor. You're probably running a low grade fever.
