Why do i get so thirsty when i have a cold? well drinking liquids is one of the best ways to get better during a cold, so if you are thirsty, it means that your body is dehydrated and needs more water! Remember, by the time you are thirsty anytime, you are already dehydrated! You are dehydrated with a temperature........Drink Lots Of Gator-aid!! (A Sure Fire Fix.) Doctor's Orders. (smile) That's your body asking you for fluids, which you need to fight the cold. Also, if you're breathing through your mouth because your nose is stuffed up, that will cause thirst because your mouth gets dry. |
