and i coughed up abit of flem..
does anybody know of a cure.. i really dont want to be ill in summer?

No such thing as a cure for the common cold, I'm just getting over it now. Best I can suggest is tea with honey in it for the sore throat, lots of rest (when you can) and 12 hour sudafed.
Awww Summer, I'm so sorry you're not feeling well. There are some quick and easy cold remedies at the site below which should have you up and around soon!

Citrus fruits for a cold , a cough I would use Buttercup Syrup but READ THE LABEL!!!
there is no cure usually mega doses of vitiamin c will lessen affects 1000 mg every 6 hours but only for a few days
try orbus in some hot water and have a good steam, hopefully it may work.
try using some sugar butter n vinegar melted in a pan, i know it sounds horrible and yukky but it does work
