Why am I so cold and short of breath?

Its been like this for a while

I have had this before I did go to the doctor for a it he said that it was from a lack of vitamins and my body . he listed multiple vitamins that were low. in a Blood test that he took . he suggested a series of over the counter vitamins. but for all the vitamins it equal to $250.00 per month. now what I did was i saw a commercial on TV about a multi-vitamin a body to try and work very well against the ice cold and shortness of breath . because Lungs were lacking vitamins so they could not distribute oxygen correctly . and because your cold it' is because of poor circulation from a lack of vitamin I hope this helps you I will give you a link to the vitamin I had a bought.
