Will colon cancer or rectal cancer cause your legs to hurt all the way to your calves? I have stage IV colon cancer and I have not heard of this symptom as a result of the cancer. I have had my legs hurt after my chemo treatments though. Wendy www.wendysbattle.com My husband has rectal cancer. He started having pain on the left side of his pubic area and down his leg.We have found out now the cancer has returned after 2 years and metastasis to the bones in his pelvis area. Please see your Dr. and make him/her aware of your symptoms. Don't know but, blocked arteries can cause legs to hurt. You need to see a doctor, people here can't solve medical problems!
