What kind of genetic disorder is colon cancer?

I have a research paper for biology and one of the questions that need to be answered is what type of genetic disorder is your disease. The disease I got assigned is colon cancer, and i can't find what kind of genetic disorder it is. Would someone please inform me

they have discovered that if ur parents r fat it will b in ur geans that u will b so is breast cancer, heart attacks, mental disorders, diabetes. eg eg u could ask ur doc all these questions so then u will get right down to the bottom of things

Some types of colon cancer may be genetic. Also other colon disorders, which may run in families, such as ulcerative colitis or Chron's Disease can lead to colon cancer.
