Blood Pressure: A person鈥檚 blood pressure is the measurement of the amount of force being used to pump blood from the heart through your arteries or blood vessels. Heart Disease: Heart disease is a concern for this generation as it is one of the leading causes of death for men. Coronary Heart Disease or CHD is the most common type of heart disease. Heredity, stress, diet and lack of exercise can lead to heart disease which is a clogging of the arteries so not enough blood can get through to the heart. When this happens there is a lack of oxygen flowing into and through the heart and part of the heart can start to die and the result can be a heart attack or a permanently damaged heart muscle.
