Is there colon-cancer danger?


hello , since i was a little boy my bowel moevements were very unusual.

when i was about 14, belive it or not i used to go about once every 20 days to the bathroom. (for the bowel movement)

now i am 21 and i go about 2-3 times a week. sometimes a feel some pain around my belly area but it seems less frequent (the pain).

can this cause any serious damage or even cancer? please excuse my english
