Help with contraception coil!!!!!!!!?

does any ladys know what i should do if my coil is coming out? been having really bad belly pains past few days and noticed coil just now. i have rang nhs help line and they said someone will get back to me within the hour?? has anyone gone through this and if so should i just take my self straight to hospital??
