Chances of getting pregnant? emergency contraception? ?

My boyfriend and I were fooling around last night. We had both been drinking and did not have intercourse. The most we did was possibly rub up against each other while we were making out, and doing other stuff. I realized that we were doing this without any condom (or any sort of protection) and we stopped.

I'm about 90% sure there was not direct contact between our genitals. But like I said I had been drinking so I don't remember every single detail. I know we definitely did not have sex. He did not ***. He did have pre-*** that I felt with my hand. We may have momentarily rubbed up against each other in those areas.

BUT ... i'm paranoid and don't want to risk pregnancy. I know that it is possible with pre-*** and without actual intercourse. I had a close encounter last summer as well where just as a precaution I took the plan b emergency contraceptive. It made me break out and threw my periods out of whack for the next 3 months. I don't like taking a drug that messes with my body like that and would prefer not to take it. On the other hand I don't want to worry about pregnancy.

I'm due to get my period this upcoming Friday so I would have been 3 weeks into my cycle when we this happened. That is if my cycles on schedule. It's been running irregular lately. I don't feel like I'm ovulating and I don't think I am but anything is possible.

I plan on getting on regular birth control (oral contraceptives) within the next month.

Amy I over thinking this and being paranoid? OR is there a legitimate need for worry? What are the chances of getting pregnant this way? Should i take the emergency contraceptive?

People who HAVE intercourse and WANT to have babies have difficulties getting pregnant. For someone who did not have intercourse there is no chance you are pregnant. Yes you can get pregnant from "pre-***" but it still needs to get inside you, even then chances are virtually nil. You are not pregnant, the only pill you need is a chill pill.

When I was trying to get pregnant, I read that you are most fertile 10 days after your last period...you SHOULD be fine. If it would make you feel better, get the morning after pill. I think you have to take it like 48 hours after.

The day after pill. I know itll prolly cost you about 40 dollars, but if youre that paranoid, its better to take it than to have a baby right.

no intercourse, no pregnancy

I am 100% sure you are pregnant... 100"%.

If you have your period, you're not pregnant.

90% sure means there is still a 10% chance. I wouldn't go with the drug that messed with your body that badly, but a normal birth control pill would do the trick. There is always a chance you could get pregnant from something like that. just because you didn't have sex and he didn't enter you the whole way doesn't mean you can't. The chance of course is a lot smaller if you were just doing what you did, but better be safe than sorry.
