Depression and zoloft help? |
when i was 15 i became anorexic and got very ill and during this time i also developed severe depression from being ill i guess. then i went to the hospital for anorexia and as i was recovering from that i gained the weight back and started to feel better from depression around dec. jan. i started on zoloft and i still felt alright through like feb. recently though i am feeling kinda depressed again and it feels like it is getting alot stronger. i dont know what to do cuz i am afraid my depression is coming back now. and i don't know if the zoloft is making i better or worse or what but i have been on the lowest possible dose of it since jan. so can someone plz help me out cuz i dont think i can handle this depression anymore, but i can't talk to my therapist now cuz i told him i was gonna be fine and i'm not going back to him anyways cuz i really don't like talking to ppl about this but i just want it to go away, and i dont know what to do. im really confused. can someone plz help me? Wait...you just said you have been on the lowest dose since january and have had symptoms returning since February. If you were starting to feel better, why did they start antidepressants at that time? It is possible that the lowest dose is not enough to be effective for you. All you have to do is think positive. Don't think that the depression is going to come back, because then it will. |
