I need to make a report about depression and i need to know what factors could make depression worse, maybe some food types or beverages, actions, anything that might get someone麓s depression worse. thank you People that eat to much sugar and processed foods are depressed because their bodys adrenal systems are just shot to heck. They end up having to eat to feel better because of insulin and glucose levels fluctuating so they end up being depressed. Alcohol, Drugs, Ending of a relationship, Death in the family, Death of friend, Abuse, Bullying, .... a lack of vitamin D can make depression worse - and since D vitamins are fat soluble (the vitamin hides in the fat and cannot be utilized by the body) - obese people need to take supplements. Low levels of vitamin D can CAUSE depression. |
