Depression,anger,stress? |
i have been struggling with this for years and i dont even know what to do anymore. i never seem to find the answers. ive tried it all. meds, therapy, psychiatrists, drugs, everything. ive tried it all. i try to reduce stress as much as a can. i dont know what else i can do. i seem to constantly be angry, depressed and stressed out but i have no reason to be. i cant keep going on like this.i feel stuck here. i dont know what to do to get better. Exercising often and getting adequate and regular sleep each night will lower stress and anxiety. i think u can exercise.. it may b a simple walk... bt remember that u r exercising, because wen u exercise u dnt think of anything else bt burning calories, take up positive self talk instead of thinking negatively.. and if u still dont get over it then go to a temple or masjid or church i mean watever u follow or believe it really helps. and wenever u feel dat u r getting deppresed talk to those people who chee u up n try not to get angry, if u feel that u r getting angry then take some deep breaths n drink some water that vil release ur stress. anywaz i think this vill help u. all the best n Cheers!! Believe it or not but many of us feel, felt, the same way for years. your mind can be a really good SERVANT but a very bad MASTER. its your mind control it... i've been there... and good luck to you.. to relieve stress, try to think about positive things, remember beautiful events you experienced. instead of trying to get rid of it face it and know that you have nothing to worry about I had the same problem once have you looked at your lifestyle? People over look this . What is your diet like? How much caffeine do you intake, Are you getting the 100% daily intake for all vitamins and minerals. Also Exercise relieves alot of stress, if not take it away. I highly recommend swimming. I know you say you've tried it all, and it sounds like you really have - but has it all been under one doctor / psychiatrist? Sometimes all that's needed is a different doctor, or a counsellor that you can actually relate to. Do you have something in your past that you are really hurting from, that makes you angry? have you trird anger management? exercise releives alot of stress but if your angry for no apparent reason, maybe talk to a pycologist to figure out why your so angry.good luck i know how it feels anti-deprssants and harmone thropy helped me. but if your holding something inside for a long time it can make you very unhappy until you deal with what it might be. GOD BLESS,take care. Well, I recommend you start working out or do some yoga. If you are really as bad as you describe than I recommend you take up the basic course of art of living http://us.artofliving.org/index.html |
