Do you think I have anxiety, depression or bipolar?

Okay well there was this time in my life when I first started 7th grade and I started getting really depressed and getting nervous and ALMOST felt like having panic attacks and my vision started not being as clear. Well after a while the depression starting coming off of me little by little and then I noticed my vision started being clear again. It just seems that I have these little episodes where I get depressed for a couple of months and my vision starts blurring until I slowly get out of it. Well now for some reason I was really depressed at the beginning of 8th grade and my vision started blurring once again and now that they put me on antidepressants my vision hasn't come back completely yet.

And no the doctor says I have perfect eyesight that what they have all said.

Bipolar requires some form of mania and it does not sound like you are experiencing any, at least not per your description. That basically rules out bipolar.

Although others are saying the vision is unrelated to depression, I will tell you that I had the same thing happen to me during a very deep depression. I get atypical depression where I need to sleep a lot, my body weighs a ton, my brain is real slow, everything seems grey, and it's as if my eye sight isn't as good as it usually is. I can't say that your vision change is due to depression, but I can say that it does happen.

First i am not sure about the vision part other than if it only happens when you get very nervous, the nervousness does sound like anxiety, and usually along with anxiety you have depression due to the anxiety. Its kind of a cycle, your depression may be seasonal because that is kinda what it sounds like. Does your depression usually start around the same time of year?

You may be having what is called hypochondriasis where you develop physical symptoms whenever there is an emotional issue.
It may help to try and see that life is not dull or all about problems. Be thankful for where you arae and what you have regardles cos the truth is ,no matter what, you sure are having it better than a millions of people out there in the world.
Try and get involved more with good people that you can have healthy relationship with.

You cannot be diagnosed with a serious mental illness online, you need to see a medical professional for that. I can however give you a bit of informatio on those conditions.

Anxiety- as the name suggests, getting overly or inappropriatly nervous about things

Depression- this illness is very varied, but mainly feeling low depsite lifes natural ups and downs, everything is down

Bipolar disorder- periods where you are one of two extremes, very very happy or very very sad/angry/emotionless

it sounds like anxiety and it affects us in many ways.excess anxiety over time can lead to depression.
i dont detect bipolar in your question, i believe anxiety is a precursor to many illnesses.
best treatment ive found is to do courses to lift your self esteem and look at life realistically.
if you have a difficult past then learn to move on treat any hurt as a learning exercise you are a lucky person to appreciate stuff others are to dumb to know. that is they have never been there. **** happens and you will be ok if you look at life better

Blurred vision is not a typical symptom of depression (when it occurs with depression it is because of the medication). I would recommend you visit a neurologist and get an MRI. Episodic recurrence of depression and vision problems makes me think of multiple sclerosis (MS) or pseudotumor cerebri.

no its just thats your becoming a teen ager and well hormones make you feel that way im like you some times i get anxious alot and i sometimes feel depressed but its cool and try and get glasses mabey thats why your vison blurs

I think you do. But, as long as you don't get suicidal thoughts or anything. Try talking to someone you trust or know well enough to talk about your situation.

signs of bipolar dont really start to show till your about 18(i was told not 100% sure on that) sounds like anxiety thats weird about your vision though

You need glasses...
