Can my boss force me to see a pscyh 2/wk for 6 months as part of a return to work (i suffer from depression).? |
I had some personal problems (not affecting work) and I was out on leave for a short time. As a condition of my return, my boss is requiring that I see my personal pscyh. bi-weekly for months. Can they do this under the law? Does the ADA protect me on this? He can't make you do it, but he can make it a condition of allowing you to return. What's the objection? Do it. |
