I am not able to sleep in night and severe depression?


i am a medical student doing my final year mbbs i am suffering from depression tried all cures of medicine i am not able to sleep in night at all i have lost interest in everything becoz of this my love life is also disturbed i am becoming overweight day by day help me plz i need ur help

Well you have a iron deficiency caused by stress. Youre probably also lacking folic acid and b 12 as you know if your missing one your probably missing all.

You also need a good calcium and magnesium chelate and some potassium. Take it about 30 minutes before you go to bed. You know the combination will make you relax.

Depression... as you know 75% of your seritonin is made in the colon. Are you pooping every day , eating enough fiber, eating healthy, staying away from energy drinks, soda (even diet), coffee?

Get everything straightened out with what you need nutritionally and with some exercise you will feel much better.


Your overweight from cortisol. Do some yoga and learn to relax.

EDIT: Snack on some raw pumkin seeds, dried non sulpher fruit, walnuts, pecans and brazil nuts to boost your mood.

Do not try to "sleep" because you won't, you have too much going on, and obvioussly you are stressed. Do go to bed at the same time each night, as possible, and turn off the 'puter, the TV, leave on some soft music you like if you want. Tell yourself that you are just going to rest, you know you will at least feel better if your body rests, whether you sleep or not. You may very well sleep like a rock the first night, be sure to set your alarm.
Tell yourself outloud that all these troubles are temporary, right after you get stretched out...good luck to you.

Use an a scented candle befor u go to sleep and read. Take showers befor you go to sleep and watch a funny tv show. find somethhing that makes you generally happy and see a doctor.
