Exercise cures clinical depression? |
I find that it does, I feel great after I bike a few miles, run, or swim some. What do you think? Yes, so does work. Because your body produces endorphins which make you happy. It's that simple! Exercise can definitely help improve a person's mood. However, if someone is severely depressed it can be hard to get out of bed, let alone to go for a run or to the gym. So I don't think exercise can "cure" clinical depression, but it should be part of any well-rounded treatment plan. I walk, and do yoga. |
