what excersise is good for depression,lifting sprits? Yes! It worked for me; I even went off medication after taking it for two years with no improvement. It changes your mental attitude and gives you more confidence in yourself. Not only that, exercise stimulates the production of endorphins which really heightens your mood. Good for depression... St. John's wort, fish oil pills, sunshine! Exercise is wonderful for depression..get out and run your *** off...get those 'ENDORPHINS" rolling. They are the feel good stuff ousr brain produces..exercise activates them....GO!!!!A walk an hour each day! |
