Are anxiety and depression closely linked? |
why might that be? They are very closely linked. Well, a lot of people have anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder or Social Anxiety Disorder. It often prevents them from doing the things they want to do, and they get depressed because of it. yes, for me anxiety lead to depression, I didn't understand why I was so anxious and having panic attacks and it made me hibernate in my house I didn't want to go anywhere, do anything, I had no motivation whatsoever and I cried a lot b/c I was so frustrated. |
