my uncle died and he was so close to me we could say anything to each other i even havent been on the phone in forever cuz of it all ive been doind it laying on the bed i havent ate in 3 days im glad to hear that you are aware that you have a problem... It is very normal to be in severe depression. You are grieving the loss of your uncle. This might thake a long time and that's OK. Everyone is different in how they grieve. Allow yourself this time. What is important during this is to talk it through with an adult. They don't necessarily need to give you advice. Sometimes it is good just to share how you are feeling and process what happened with someone. It is really good to allow an adult to care for you while you go through this really difficult time. If, after a couple of weeks, you feel like talking to an adult is not sufficient, or you feel like the grief is too much and hasn't lifted or changed in any way, I suggest you go see a counselor. sorry to hear about your uncle passing on i know hoe that is and you have to get your mind off of it. Do something that you enjoy basketball, shopping, anything do something for yourself that's what your uncle would want you to do and just know that you'll meet a again! and try to get something in your body not eating isn't helping at all its just making it worse and go to a friend or family member that is there and you could say anything to just like your uncle and they would understand! get better! Hey sweetie...i'm so sorry....i was afraid something had happened...i had i bad feeling...i miss u....i love u...if u need me i'm here........that is if u still want me......but hang in there honey....it'll get better Thats where you were? We missed you! I'm soo sorry about your uncle, that must have been devastating! I would have been crushed. I hope you feel better soon, I'm glad your back. I'll pray for you....
