Hey guys i havent been on in a long time ive been in SEVEIRE DEPRESSION?

my uncle died and he was so close to me we could say anything to each other i even havent been on the phone in forever cuz of it all ive been doind it laying on the bed i havent ate in 3 days

im glad to hear that you are aware that you have a problem...
I'm very sorry to hear about your loss.
But..it is time you live your life...be a reminder of your uncle in you. Live your life as your uncle would have wanted you. I'm sure that your uncle would want you to be happy and live a happy life..

get out of bed and try to eat something...
if that doesnt help..go find someone and talk to them about how you are feeling..

try to take your mind off things..find a nice interesting hobby such as painting where you can express your feelings in a colourful, harmless way...

don't ever forget your uncle's advice and try to continue your life with him in mind..

he loved you and would have wanted you to live and be happy...

take care

It is very normal to be in severe depression. You are grieving the loss of your uncle. This might thake a long time and that's OK. Everyone is different in how they grieve. Allow yourself this time. What is important during this is to talk it through with an adult. They don't necessarily need to give you advice. Sometimes it is good just to share how you are feeling and process what happened with someone. It is really good to allow an adult to care for you while you go through this really difficult time. If, after a couple of weeks, you feel like talking to an adult is not sufficient, or you feel like the grief is too much and hasn't lifted or changed in any way, I suggest you go see a counselor.

sorry to hear about your uncle passing on i know hoe that is and you have to get your mind off of it. Do something that you enjoy basketball, shopping, anything do something for yourself that's what your uncle would want you to do and just know that you'll meet a again! and try to get something in your body not eating isn't helping at all its just making it worse and go to a friend or family member that is there and you could say anything to just like your uncle and they would understand! get better!

Hey sweetie...i'm so sorry....i was afraid something had happened...i had i bad feeling...i miss u....i love u...if u need me i'm here........that is if u still want me......but hang in there honey....it'll get better

i know losing a loved one is hard...but u have to remember all the good times...u will get through this

i love u!

Thats where you were? We missed you! I'm soo sorry about your uncle, that must have been devastating! I would have been crushed. I hope you feel better soon, I'm glad your back. I'll pray for you....

Comfort From God's Word
The Bible is a strengthening aid for many who suffer from "disquieting thoughts." (Psalm 94:17-19, 22) Cherie, for example, found Psalm 72:12, 13 to be particularly encouraging. There, the psalmist states about God's appointed King, Jesus Christ: "He will deliver the poor one crying for help, also the afflicted one and whoever has no helper. He will feel sorry for the lowly one and the poor one, and the souls of the poor ones he will save." Cherie was also encouraged by the words of the apostle Paul recorded at Romans 8:38, 39: "I am convinced that neither death nor life nor angels nor governments nor things now here nor things to come nor powers nor height nor depth nor any other creation will be able to separate us from God's love."

Elaine, a bipolar patient, finds her relationship with God to be an anchor. She is greatly comforted by the words of the psalmist: "A heart broken and crushed, O God, you will not despise." (Psalm 51:17) "It has truly been a comfort to know that our loving heavenly Father, Jehovah, understands," she says. "It has been strengthening to draw close to him in prayer, especially in times of great anxiety and distress."

As can be seen, living with a mood disorder presents unique challenges. However, Cherie and Elaine found that prayerful reliance on God along with appropriate treatment enabled them to improve their lot in life.
