What is the best way to deal with depression when your girl breaks up with you?

and is it normal to feel shitty and pitifull

It is totally normal. Ways to feel better? A lot of good music, babe. Hang in there. Try to focus on all of the negatives to your relationship and look forward to your next one. Let yourself grieve this relationship, but recognize when enough is enough! Time heals the pain, and you'll get there. This is a time to heal and grow as a person, and remember what it's like to be independent and look to only yourself for guidance, and that's very important. Also, there are many perks to being single! Go explore the local sexy ladies!;-]

It's pretty normal to feel shitty and pitiful. The best way to get over a break-up is to move on. Don't wallow in it. Spend some time doing some things YOU enjoy. Hang out with your friends. Do all the things you couldn't do when you had a girlfriend. Ahh..what the hell!! Go out on a date!! You may find someone else you like. Just don't get too crazy with it, though.

Ask out 3 different girls in the next 3 weeks.

You just need to get out and have fun.

You are NOT trying to find a new girlfriend.

Trust me it works.

iT iS NORMAL FEELiNG LiKE THAT BUT THEy SAy EVERyTHiNg HAPPENz FEr A REASoN(:
