I suffer from depression and anxiety i have felt good for last two days, strangly good then suddenly i feel? |
really depressed again, like in the space of minutes. i am taking paxil and chlorprozamine, i have also noticed i start to feel depressed when the sun goes down... any ideas You have to seek help from a professional. You should try to get interactive. Join a group, and do things with other people so that you can't make your self feel alone. My friend suffered from depression as well. The reason why you are feeling depressed at sundown or night is because usually a person feels like at the night everything is over. All your problems come to you in the end. So to feel better relax go to a spa, set up a party, or do anything that helps you feel relaxed. I am not setting out to please you but to be practical. Firstly, you sound lonely; Secondly DON'T TAKE DRUGS as some idiot suggests. These are a palliative and will make you totally dependant on them but leave you feeling LOWER between 'takes'. are you sure its not bipolar? yo man, u might be PMSing er sumthin like that, if i wer u id lay off the medicine alittle cuz u mite be odd-ing i think i had a similar case,,, where..im okey for a moment.. and suddenly i feel like angry or something like bad mood and i start to feel like i want to break up things ... but i solved it by hanging out... listening to music maybe erased this prob totally from me.. ... my advice is to listen to music.. enjoy ur time... relax... i think its the best thing to do... and keep urself away from what makes u depressed... maybe thinking much in ur problems .... anyways.. MUSIC changed my life! hope to do th same with u! I'm the same way I felt awesome for like 3 weeks, and I started my period this week and ever since then I have been a mess, it's all part of the disorder and hormones definately play a big part mabe you actually suffer from seasonal deppression when its sunny you seem bright to and when its dark yo.ur brain does to just something ive heard before hope it helps You need to see a doctor your medicine could be doing this to you and it may get worse. Maybe bi-polar my neice has this and somedays it gets bad.So see your doctor like yesterday o.k. Have you been tested for Bipolar disorder? Definately call your doctor mood swings while on medications can be very dangerous. talk to your therapist about it. maybe its your medicine. you can try something else. sounds like you have some form of bi polor and i have no idea y it gets worse at night my only adivice to you is at night try to do something that will keep you occupied like watch tv or chat online walk aroun dthe city try www.naet.com , www.tatlife.com , www.drsha.com start doing drugs. they will always make you happy GO TO A DOCTOR |
