How do you lift yourself out of depression? By getting out of the house so you can't sit around and have way too much time to think! Sometimes we kinda force ourselves to stay in the depression instead of doing anything to get out of our mood. Days you are depressed try to do anything. Whether it's scrubbing down the whole house, yard work, window shopping, visiting friends, anything that isn't quiet. You don't need more time to think!!! The best thing you can do is think positive and keep your mind busy with positive thoughts. Good luck Hun, I hope you feel better! Honestly that is an individual question. You have to dig deep within yourself and find out exactly what is going on inside then determine what you want to come from it! chocolate, exercise, hanging out with freinds, just try and cheer yourself up, writing in a diary helps alot :) I cant personally. I need someone to talk to or someone there to help me or else it just gets worse. Watch Apacalypto and imagine how bad your week would be if you were that guy haha exercise alot:) |
