Can lack of sun (even during summer) cause seasonal depression? |
I've heard of seasonal depression during the winter time where people have a lack of sunlight, but I have a question -- yes seasonal depression is possible, but the biggest before that would be vitamin D deficiency. you may get enough but without the uva/b rays- your body does not convert D properly and it gives the same tired heavy sluggish depression Yes, this can happen. What i would do is maybe while working open a window and let some light in. Or go somewhere for lunch that you can sit outside. This happens to me in the winter because during the winter i am a home-body. |
