I think i have extremely bad anxiety and depression and i think it is getting worse, what should I do?


i cant stop crying, and this is the most ive ever considered suicie.
i feel like lots of people would be better off without me
and my family wouldnt fight as much, and they wouldnt have to spend money on counceling and mediction. I cut up and down my leg the pain makes me feel better, its better than my dad yelling at me. i think im crazy and i want to end everything.

what should I do?
i dont want to think like this,
but i know its all true..
is there like a medication?
IDK what to do advice??

On the first line i meant to write 'suicide'.

Before any medication is even considered...please see a professional.I suffer from agoraphobia....at one time i was housebound for 2 full years with small children....talk abut severe anxiety...it waws off the charts...sometimes I couln't get from room to room without medication....that is bad!!! I have fought through it...sought help...but honestly the most help I got from myself...I just keep trying. now I have driven across country 5 times alone....amazing huh?
This is not to say that I have not been on medication to level out as I have....but my life is appreciably better....I would recommend that you see an MD first and get a recommendation to a psychologist or psychiatrist...the MD can help hold you over medically until a psychiatrist ...IF that is what is recommended by your MD takes over...that is what I have done and it has worked out beautifully
One more thing...you have trememdous courage to bring this problem out to the world...yo uare helping untold amounts of people by your courage and I really applaud that!!! I know you will do the right thing!!!
I hope that this helps somewhat......please do Not self medicate....trust your doctor. he or she will knwo just what to do!!!

mmmmm....i've been in there too. the only thing i could tell you is to get help. It gets overwhelming over the time and you could do the worst decision. If you are at school you can tell the counselor or if you're in college you can help to.
