Is there such a thing as morning depression? |
Lately when I wake up in the mornings I've been feeling HORRIBLE. well if you don't feel it all the time, it's probably some type of mild anxiety, it does suck but it goes away, there are rx's to help with it but most people can generally handle it on their own In Medical terminology, it usually happen with working ladies, pregnant womens. While psychologically, it happens with students, or people who had not yet achieved anything great, or feel jealous of others getting things easily or having problems at home such as big expectations of parents etc., etc., what a person need is just to silver lining in all problems, a well planned next day routine & mental make up to stick to the scheduled tasks with plus minus of fractions. hopefully, the same will do miracle in your life. Hmmm, that is weird. It could be some form of depression why dont you go to a doctor or find a therapist and explain how you are feeling and when you feel things. Maybe they can offer some advice and information on this.....Hmm its something i would def. go talk to someone about. Noone deserves to wake up and have that horrible feeling that eats at you and really is just unexplainable but it hurts. Really bad. Hmm i hope you get some help and this goes away for you. Good luck! This is the disorder itself. My mom has been diagnosed with depression, and she has the same kind or morning depression, and happiness during the day! your body is probably lacking vitamins and therefore you hormones arent balanced making you feel crappy then when you eat some of the vitamins are replenished and you can go throughout the day or maybe its just lack of sleep! it's one of the symptoms related to the onset of dementia and senility. if it took longer to feel better, like till the afternoon, it could be sleep apnea. but it doesn't quite match. |
