Do I suffer from.. depression?

I am a very negitive person, I'm always thinking about how my boyfriend could be cheating on me or horrible scenarios. I have very low self esteem, I am 5'0 and 120 lbs. I am very sensitive and I cry VERY easily. Sometimes I even cry when I am happy? Is that normal? I'm always feeling alone when my boyfriend isn't there and lately we've been arguing alot due to my hard time in trusting him. I'm always worried about this or that, it's really annoying. I don't want to feel this way, It's ruining my relationship.. Advice?

Do you think I suffer from depression? o_o

: ) well, i worry about a lot of things... and i cry to, but somebody told me that, too many people are declared depressed when all they really need is a good friend to talk to : ) for me, i would chose one good friend over all the drugs and doctors in the world... when you start talking about how you feel, and letting all your trapped stress out, i think you will fell better : )

Very well said Barry :) Report Abuse

hm sounds kinda like it but it could be simple stress love

there isn't much i can tell u from here but have you ever considered going to a therapist and getting evaluated?

but to me it seems more like paranoia more then anything cause it seems to be brought on by you thinking about your boyfriend cheating

first try to appreciate yourself. try out some hobby. look out for your positive traits and then see whether your bf notices this things. if he does, he is nice person. if not then try to work out things that are of his interest.

for only boyfriend not for love right.

yes go talk to your dr about these feelings. i feel sorry for you its almost like you dont have a friend-if you do talk with them as well-sometimes it feels good just to get the bad stuff out in the air rather than hold it in

You should speak with your doctor and get a referral to talk with a psychologist or psychiatrist. You shouldn't mess around with depression. There are new ways to treat it and you shouldn't waste time feeling this way. Life's too short.

Talk to your dodtor. He or she should be able to diagnose your problem, and help you.

sounds like paranoia rather than depression lol
