Anxiety and depression is back...? |
i quit taking my medication this summer because i thought that school was the reason I was the way i was. we were supposed to move and change schools and i thought that that would make things better. now that we are actually packing up my house, its all comming back. i am second guessing myself. my mom is mad because im not helping enough but i feel as if i physically cant. she just told me that she cant deal with me anymore and she doesnt care and to just get my ged. I am really smart and i cant let this happen. i dont know what to do... i told my mom about the medication. she just doesnt understand what this feels like. Consider getting back on your medication again. If the meds you took were helpful, take the same stuff. Remember that just because one med does not work, there are numerous other meds for anxiety and depression. |
