PTSD or depression? |
I have anxiety all the time. Just feel frustrated all the time. I am not on any meds right now. I am seeing a coucilor. I am a happy go lucky person most of the time. I just have this frustration and it keeps me from sleeping, so I am tired all the time and I think about that I am not going to live long. I just want to feel normal. The PTSD comes from seeing my father shot and killed when my brother was 8. This never bothered me until I got older.Does anyone know why it happened so late in life, after the birth of my 2nd child. I am now 30. When you get depressed, the ptsd symptoms can occur or reoccur more. In your case possibly postpartum depression. Treatment with antidepressant and or counselling may help. Go and talk with a doctor. Maybe sign up for a session with a psychiatrist. They'll know what to do. |
