Suicide/depression feelings? |
Ok im having suicidal thoughts, again after having them a few months ago. It started when my gf moved and we broke up after almost a yr. Then one of my best friends died in front of me. Now a girl that has helped me through all of that and whom i go to for everything like a big sister hates me and were not going to be friends again after what i did. I feel as if theres not much point to life if i lose the people i care about most constantly. Ive also had times where i get so pissed off by little things and go into a rage of sort but nothing has happened yet. Im 14 btw and i know "your too young, you havent experienced life yet", i know that but i dont care really. I think you should talk to your parents about getting you a therapist. And until they can find one for you, remember that your best friend wouldnt want you to kill yourself. He cares about you. And Im sure that what happened to him was tragic, but you are alive. Take great pleasure in that, because life can be a ***** sometimes, and then it can be the greatest thing in the world. Just because your going through a rough patch right now doesnt mean that its gonna stay this way. You can trust me, Ive lost too many people to count, including someone very special to me today. Im just like you, Im depressed, and Ive thought about suicide too, but I'll never kill myself, because if Im not strong for my friends, who will be? I know all that stuff about needed to focus on yourself but I dont do that either. Just remember, we can all survive. You just have to be strong. I think you know the answers yourself. You are not stupid. Ok. You've admitted it on the internet, but are you willing to admit it to parents or a doctor? That is the safest thing to do. There is medication and therapy that may seem like the ultimate source or boredom and embarrassment, but may be life changing things. If it saves your life isn't worth it? Isn't just a chance of saving a life worth it? oh my gosh, I'm so sorry to hear that, but trust me killing your self is not going to make anything better, i know it may seem that way, but really its not, you should try talking to someone, a friend, one of your parents, a family member, or even just someone you trust. But please just don't end your life! Trust me, i've thought about this stuff before too. It's ok, you'll get through it. :) look up teenage anger i did this for my son and teenage hormones in boys i figured out it was not just a little thing you can get over real easy it last awhile so hang on it may be a bumpy ride but worth it. Sometimes life throws you curveballs. What you need to do, especially at your age, is to let yourself learn from them. I think what you should really start with is talking to someone, whether its your parents, a school councelor, or your doctor. Especially if you've had these feelings and thoughts before. There are a lot of people out there I'm sure that really care for you and would be more than willing to help you. But you have to let them help you. There are also hotlines where if you would rather remain anonymous, there are always people on the line more than willing to just talk to you. Sometimes just letting someone know how you're feeling makes you feel even just a little bit better. im 16 and where as i dont know about the stuff you went through ive had similar thoughts over the way my family has treated me. things get better that really is true but i wont lie things also can get a heck of a lot worce to. but i think its worth it to go through all that bad stuff to get to the good, even when the good is few and far apart, the good times keep me going through the bad. ican only hope i die at a good time. you have expeaneced more than a lot of adults. and those expreances have been sad, i get that but if you have made it this far why not keep going to see if things get better? My gosh..it's like a flash back of my life... i know exactly how u feel. i am 19 dealing with depression and suicidal thoughts. the first time i ever tried to kill myself, i was ur age. i bet u get a lot of " there r so many people who have it worse off than you", right? yep...i hear that all the time. its true, ppl out there are worse off than we are, but we havent lived their lives or felt their pain. all we can focus on is orselves. and thats ok, its normal. sounds like you may need some professional help and some therapy. go see a therapist and see if it helps. it may be a genetic thing; does any one have mental illness in your family? i would check it out. Life is beautiful. How come you want to be in a ghost spiritual world at such a young age? Why would you like to leave this world in such a rush, and in such an early life? Be strong. Do not let those thoughts to have dominion over you. You should have dominion over your thoughts. God has a purpose for you. Don't you want to know God's purpose for you. How about for you to start believeing in God. He exist and He is good. Don't you know that God loves you? And do you know how great He is, and how strong is His loves for you? You have no idea. King David talk about Him in his Psalms. |
