Bad depression? |
Before you post back - I am not trying to get sympathy or attention - I want advice. im 16 also and am almost exactly the same (i dont cry, and im ok in school, i stopped eating) Try to relax. I always think people know stuff about me. But people can't read your mind, try not to let it bother you. Research some ways to relieve stress the way you want to. Not some shrink. If you get bullied shrug it off, that just means THEY have low self esteem NOT YOU!! Do you have a best friend? I know having a good close friend always makes things better. you areas u say depressed.i have been for over ten years and have survived.i dont see a shrink but ive became very close to a mental heath counseler and he has helped me threw it.it never really leaves but u must deal with it the best you can..no people are not staring at you or laughing at u.this is all justa figmunt of your imagination.because someone is looking your way doesnt mean there laughing at you.sometimes there looking at u because they like what they see.but are still laughing with what was said.i used to have the same fear and i learned who cares evenn if they r,,im me .thats all Sure, there might be something wrong. Not going to lie. But you can change that. When someone talks to you, look at them in the eye, as much as it hurts you. You need to find someone that is close to you to tell all of this too. They might know you better and be able to help you a lot more than some of the geeks on here. hehe. Do dance or something like that. One step at a time. No rush. I think you need to feel loved. Love is all you need! First of all there is nothing wrong with you because I'm going through some of the same. Right now you're going through your acceptance phase during this time friends will come and go. In the time you spend alone decide on where you want to fit into all of this, Do want to hang around the cool people, or the not so cool people? Not everyone is against you as you think you are facing something most young people and some adults go through. Believe it or not you are stronger at standing on your own as an individual. I'm not encouraging you to not be social, but with or without a group you can survive. So lift your head up and talk to people and only open up personally to those you trust whole heartedly. This may take time but try hard to be more social. Also, if you are religious pray for change in your life. Trust me it helps. i know exactly how you feel i do everything but the crying i literally cant do it but i started around the same time u did and still have the problem i tried to get help and i was diagnosed with clinical depression and also paranoia unfortunately my mom refused to get treatment with medications and i have been dealing with suicidal thoughts daily for a while you really should get some help i tried but ended up not being able to but i guarantee you will become suicidal if you dont get help |

So in learning to like and accept ... You really need support, you are trying to cope with so much alone, do you have family who can help you, take turns coming over to your home and help you with your children? Do you have disibilty ... Sorry, I don't know, but I just wanted to say I felt really sorry for you. Hope you and your father get better soon! xoxox <3 ...This is a very common problem and your employers, by law, MUST accomodate you. i worry you're having almost manic-sounding ups and downs, but you seem to be cognizant of what's happeni... Take time to find your old bf - just because she has had three boyfriends, they probably weren't nothing special, especially if they only lasted a short period of time. Find more time for y... Yes, stress can cause people to get depressed. Quit your job and get one you will enjoy!! ... |
