Depression coming back? |
I have 2 boys of my own 2 and 4. About a week ago cps called me and told me they needed me to take my 2 year old nephew until they find him some place closer to the parents ( I am about 2 hours away from them). So now I have my two boys and my sister's 2 year old son. I have had some depression issues going on before he came into the house. And now that he is here it has come back stronger. I feel completely unmotivated to get up in the morning. I lost my appetite, I cry all the time, and I have alot of tension in my neck. My husband works crazy hours (military) and I have 0 alone time. I feel so overwhelmed with this responsibility. My boys start pre school next month (my 2 year old has autism) so I have to have a teacher come and work with him 3 times a week. I called cps to see if they found one of the boyfriends family yet and they told me they cant do anything yet. I feel terrible that I feel I cant handle the responsibility of another child. I need some advice. Thanks Read how depression affects your thoughts and feelings. Learn how you can fight the depression and get better. |
