Depression, getting worse? |
I've been depressed for years, and just started getting treatment for it... both medication and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also a self harmer... but I had not done it in a long time. Sometimes medication has a reverse effect and worsones it. Talk to your doctor or therapist. talk to me casue i had the same thing happen to me and now i have made a combonation of meds and copin gskills help me get through its okay ,dont fret !! things could have been much WORSE , believe me. |
