Depression? Paranoia? Am I the only one that's losing out on life for worrying about living to raise my child? |
I'm sure part of my fear has a lot to do with a severe emotional reaction to Tri-Nessa hormone pills I took last month. But after 48 hours after being taken off of them I still have this empty feeling. I still haven't gained my appetite back. I'm in constant fear. I'm terrified I won't live to raise my son. I can't get these thoughts out of my mind. I'm sure it also doesn't help that my aunt is in the last stages before dying of cancer at 40. Will I get back to my old self? I can't handle this horrible paranoid feeling any longer. Hang on, give it time. Does your Doctor know you are going through this? Ask the Dr for help getting through it. Hang in there it will get better, you will be okay. If it doesn't go away when the Doctor says it should, maybe an anti anxiety medication will help until it passes. Do you have OCD that flares up occasionally-under stress?? My daughter is going to start therapy soon, and she can't get differnet thoughts out of her head either, plus the other OCD symptoms. Or maybe it is just Anxiety(OCD is an anxiety disorder), but just talk with your doctor. I am sorry to hear about your aunt, but remember she is going through so much pain right now that sometimes its better to die than suffer. She would be in a better place instead of here hurting. As for the way you are feeling you need medication,,like xanex, you cant do it alone. You have a son that needs you and think about him. what he sees in you he also has to deal with..Do u want to see him suffer,,I would say no. Medication does help!!! I wish you the best and keep your chin up..Your not the only person that feels this way. |
