Depression help any1? |
i think im suffering frm depression....here r my symptons oh and btw im a teen....is dis common in teens?? and i bite my nails a lot 2.....it freaks me out!! I would say you have some Depression if not Bipolar issues going on. If you live in the States there are all type of centers to help people with mental issues. If you are currently suicidal, go to a hospital-worry about the bill later. If you don't have a plan but just feel sad all the time, on Monday call the Mental Health Agency in your area and ask for a clinic that will take you on a sliding scale if you don't have insurance. There is lots of help out there you just have to look. Good Luck AW, okay well you probably should get some anti-depressants talk to family and friends or anyone that you love and makes you feel comfortable. Don't hate yourself! there is good in everyone. And this will pass! do exercise it releases endorphins which can help. Think about the good things in your life, all of the things you love about yourself, are you pretty? fun? nice? creative?athletic? artistic? anything at all! just list them you need to love yourself no matter what. Just relax death is not the answer, you cant come back, and depression passes i know how crappy the feeling is i am going through it myself. You can get through this You should see your doctor about this. It sounds like you do have depression, but you really should get a real medical opinion. here is my think;i bet i was worser than you and you are not so bad.i recokn my grand mother was in worser **** than bouth of us. When I was around your age I experienced pretty much all of those things. And even now (Iam 29) I experience a lot of those things. I suggest finding a doctor or professional just to talk to, for starters. let them assess your situation...see what you are going through and what ,if anything, is causing these feelings. And then maybe you would be put on meds. Try taking time just for yourself to relax. I find sitting in the bottom of the tub while the shower is pouring on me helps me to clear my mind. And if you have a lot going through your mind before you sleep, try journaling. That always helps me. And please know that you are not alone. If you ever need, feel free to e-mail me.
