Depression....I Want To Die Need Help? |
I hate that im always depressed. I cant take my life anymore i hate everything! My parents are annoying as hell! And sometimes we get into big fights i wish this one teacher was my mom! Long story she was my target reading teacher on mondays and thurs. before school was out we switch target reading teachers alot but i think ill see her on the first day of school on monday. Shes and 8th grade social studies teacher. Shes so sweet and nice. I sometimes cry my self to sleep [[Not cuz i wish she was my mom i have my reasons]] in 5th grade i used to cut my self and in 6th grade i had eating probloms i wonder whats gonna happen in 7th grade i hate my life its boring and pointless so whats the point of living i want to die already im never happy i hardly smile in school thats why alot of teachers tell me to smile. What do i do? Hi Tammy, You need to realize if things are tough or not right, it's not the end. everything will be alright eventually - it's the tough things that make you stronger. you're only in 7th grade, trust me on this one it gets easier. everyone's parents are annoying, but you just have to deal with them. crying yourself to sleep at night sucks, i know it. but just try and talk to someone about it. anyone, even if it's someone you don't know that well. and i know it can be hard to do that, but it will make you feel better, i can promise that. id recomend twloha.com or myspace.com/twloha (i love their quote-"wake up, your alive, were on your side") talk to this teacher or sum1 u can talk to, but it seems like u need more self confidence. if ur starting at a new skool 4 high skool then you can make new freinds and meet new people. rents can be anoying but other people dont even have a fam or hav 1 tat is really horible to them. i no u probs her it b4 but theres allways sum1 worse off and things will get better. Get a journal and express your self in it. Trust me it really helps also you can call some type of anonymous help hotline which can really sooth you. Try going for walks and listening to soothing music. Talk to your parents. don't do that go talk to your grand parents and let them know how you feel. i would like to think my grandsons would .because if they are anything like you sound it would tear me up if anything would happen to them so don't give up talk to someone and tell them how you feel .god loves all his children. Hello , NO i felt like u before Theres medication For Depression Im On Prozac IN Resperidone Im Bipolar ask Yur mom to take u to the doctor tell them about ur depression Please do it PRozac works make sure they do have u on a high dose antidepressant and mood stabilizer Works 4 me Call one of these numbers. Help is near. You don't have to live in misery, and you don't have to die. u have your whole life ahead of u and when ur 18 u can move out and start freshh ahh yes you have over produce of hormones...WELCOME TO PUBERTY!!!! If you want real help add me to your IM contact list. My emial is greenvomitfly@yahoo.com DO IT OR DIE!!!! lol literally.... I wish I could show you how big and different life will be when you're older. Hang in there, you'll be so glad you did. Life after teenager years is soooooo worth it. Keep your head on straight, no cutting (you'll want your skin to be perfect for all the fun times coming your way), no suicide attempts (hard to explain to possible boyfriends, girlfriends), no freaking out about not fitting in (it's cool to have been an outcast once you're a grown up). See a counselor, they can help you sort out all those thoughts. Good luck....it will happen in a flash. Get some help. You don't have to be depressed all the time. Try seeing a school counselor, or talking to your doctor. Life is worth living. I have a friend who struggles with depression, cutting, and eating problems. One thing that her counselor told her to do when she was having a good day is to write down the things she wants to live for (see a special place in the world, get married, etc.) and things that are good about her life (friends, chocolate ice cream, music, etc), then she could look back at this when depressed. There are lots of things you can do. I do want to encourage you not to give up. You are too valuable for that, no matter what you believe or what people tell you. But I think the one thing that will help is getting some professional help. There is no shame in that (no more than going to the doctor for a broken wrist), and it may be very good for you. Wish I could help more than that, but it's nearly impossible to seriously help in a Yahoo Answers answer. Good luck Why are you living for other people? You need to live for yourself. Think of all the fun and great things you can do for yourself and others. Your fun is up to you and you need to go and grab it! DON'T GIVE UP! Really trust me on this, just push through it. Maybe try telling your parents whats wrong and what bugs you about them. Talk to that teacher/mom she would probably be able to help! We all have difficult times but look at some of the most successful, influential, and motivating people. They started with nothing sometimes less than nothing. They didn't all smile all the time and some had troubling parents or lots of family death or even divorce. Some didn't even have parents and many kids now don't have parents. No one is going to hand you your happiness Go and get it. Make some friends talk to some people. Keep a diary. And 7th grade is a whole new year with new people. There has to be someone you can relate to and if not, look harder! do you really think that in this world with billions of people theres no-one you can talk to? and count your blessings because there are still people believe it or not, who would LOVE to be in your position with at least a nice teacher. Good luck and go get "it"! |
