Minor Depression? |
Im 13, i'm going thorugh a rough spell with friends. I know exactly what you're going through I suffer from bi polar disorder and have since I was around 12 when I was in school i was in a group and we always ended up bitching about each other, then they all turned on me at once. And I had no one, except, just like you a school councillor. I too suffered bullying for being a bit large which in turn led to annorexia. I went through the exact same thing when I was your age, and I let the depressive/low feelings carry on for far too long, and now, Im 21 and seeing a therapist on a regular basis. Don't let it get as far as I did, if you think you're presenting with signs of depression, go and see your GP. If you think you'll find it difficult to speak to him/her face-to-face, do what I did and write down your symptons, and some of the things you're feeling on a piece of paper and hand it to your GP when you arrive for the appointment. take care of yourself first. Forget these guys they aren't your real friends. I think talking to the school counsellor is a good idea. They have no right to bully you, remember that people only bully because they are insecure themselves. If they are are your friends they will stop if you tell them its bothering you! Have you ever considered addressing your weight issue, like joining a sports club or something, it would be good for your health and self esteem. boy what are you talking about you have more friends than you know what to do with Y/A are all your friends were not here just to answer questions you ask some one to be your friend and whamo hundreds of friends just like that, tell your so called friends to blow it out their ear we love you no matter what ok now cheer up and be happy or I will tell santa You should try to move school, make new friends or yeh, school counciller person. see the school councellor,it may be helpfull and move on from these people, they do not sound as if they are your true friends. |
