Can benadryl cause depression?? |
Ive been taking it lightly fr a week and a half, but yesterday i was drowsy and upset for some reason?? 30min after benadryl, ive been depressed before so i know this wasn't just a mood shift?? It WILL cause sleepiness / drowsiness, lethargy which you may mistake for depression, but diphenhydramine (brand name Benedryl) has not been associated with depression i dont think so, i know benadryl can make you sleepy [i used to give it to my dog so he would sleep during long car trips] but not so much depressed. benadryl is for allergies and most allergy meds. can cause mood swings and drowsiness until you get used to them. y dont you , try working a little bit. that might a lot better. no |
